A modern adaptation of a completely different kind is Ava: the delicate, semi-transparent circular-knit cotton fabric translates classic lace into a graphic pattern of clear-cut geometry. This fuses the appeal of traditional craftsmanship with a natural feel and up-to-date design. Three colour combinations from classic ivory and purist white to modern grey outline Ava’s application possibilities also including its use for Tex Glass®.
Like the interplay of light and shade when driving along a tree-lined avenue here transparent and opaque, hand-painted stripes alternate in this elegant burnt-out fabric. Its 30% metal admixture reinforces the dynamics of this design with a crushed effect. Allee is supplied in four colour combinations: in white or walnut on a bright background, in grey or ginger on a dark background. All styles come as positive and negative versions and can be combined with each other.
Alexis continues the popular nya nordiska devoré range. The elegant, soft floating decoration fabric has a wonderful touch and is available in two versions – Alexis Night enchants with widespread, interlaced shapes and a fascinating interplay of opaqueness and transparency. Alexis Day is the transparent equivalent in tender white nuances. The soft floating fabric is 310 centimetres wide and thus perfect for spacious application.
Alicia is an extraordinary decoration fabric. A super light thread work fixed as if by magic. Parallel and overlapping o-shapes build the basic grid, but seem to be quadratically arranged. The loose braiding designs a fascinating shadow play. By the traditional method named ‘guipure Lace’ a modern and contemporary design was created. Therefore a water-soluble gauze is mechanically embroidered and finally washed out. The left embroidery, a braiding of hand-caressing yarns suits for innovative decorations and partition coverings.
