Sumatra

Semi-transparent silk with accurately worked out leaves and berries. The fabric is slightly stiff and reminiscent of silk organza, thus being predestined for luxurious drapes. Sumatra presents matt and shining surfaces due to the use of alternating silk and linen yarns. These differing properties can be of some benefit when processing.
