Kamasaku

Embroidered decoration fabric (width 140 cm) on silk-polyester-taffeta for sophisticated interior decoration.To create this exclusive fabric with its modern material and statement, a taffeta was embroidered with horizontal waves. The embroideries' traces embrace the mysterious haziness of a Japanese landscape painting by varying stitch lengths, stitch frequencies and overlaps. Through alternating reflections of the silky glazing embroidery Kamasaku encompasses a fascinating liveliness that is continued by the typical taffeta's crinkles and the base fabric's subtle shot character. The more this design is examined, the more spatial depth it gets.
