red dot 2011 for Multi-Pli CS and Tiziano Panel
March 2011 | The Nya Textiles decoration fabric Multi-Pli CS which has been awarded several times, now also receives the red dot award: product design 2011. The Trevira CS weave with its suitability for project use and unusual crinkled look has already carried off this year’s Interior Innovation Award and iF material award. Multi-Pli CS combines sophisticated textile engineering with a seemingly nonchalant look. Especially by incidence of light, the fabric reveals an intensive three-dimensional effect.
Yet another red dot for excellent design was given to our novelty on the world market, Tiziano Panel from the product sector Nya Walls. The wall panel for decorative interior furnishing has a striking relief structure creating a strong effect of light and shadow. When being fixed on walls and furniture, Tiziano Panel shows a virtuosic flowing dynamics which highlights the chosen mounting direction.
The award ceremony will take place on 04 July 2011 at the Opera House Essen. Afterwards, all awardees will be exhibited in the red dot design museum until 01 August 2011.
