Batou CS receives interior innovation award 2010
January 2010 | The brand new Nya Textiles beauty Batou CS, a delicate transparent weave with a pattern like a network created by a bulk thread, was awarded the sought-after interior innovation award Cologne. This prize, offered by the international furniture fair Cologne in collaboration with the German Design Council, awards outstanding novelties in the international furnishing sector. Batou CS was one of five awardees in the category “material innovation“. The awards ceremony took place at the cologne design night on the eve of the first fair day.
As usual during the furniture fair, we had to manage a considerable stream of visitors in our permanent Nya Nordiska showroom at the Designpost Cologne.
